Through improvement on the pour-over process with foundry ladle, inner furnace temperature and tapping temperature, composition of liquid iron, nodularizer choice and its adding amount, cover flux choice, cover plate choice, packing way, inoculation effect, control in induction furnace etc, the magnesium absorption rate and the rate of spheroidization have been improved.
