摘要 中频炉熔炼铁液按传统配料工艺生产往往石墨组织粗大,铸件致密性较差。通过工艺配比优化,采用优质废钢替代铸造生铁有效改善灰铸铁金相组织,提高机械性能,并且在生产实践中成功解决了增碳难、电耗高等一系列问题。 Melting iron metal with intermediate frequency furnace, in accordance with the traditional furnace charge technology, castings produced are often with coarse graphite structure and low density. Through process optimization, using high grade scrap instead of foundry pig iron to improve the metallographic structure of gray cast iron effectively, to improve mechanical property, and a series of problems such as high power consumption and hard recarburization have been solved successfully in the productive practice.
