超声振动挤压强化工艺研究——强化方法及其工艺效果

Study on Technique of strenthening Metal Surface with Ultrosonic Roller Extrusion Method

介绍了利用超声波振动对金属表面进行挤压强化的工艺方法。对这种强化方法的工艺效果进行了试验分析,还给出了挤压强化工件表面金属的变形规律。

In this Paper,A new strenthening metal surface technique is introduced and some problemes on the technique are studied. The paper presents also a series of resultes of the test on this technique.
