佳木斯市汽修行业员工薪酬满意度研究

摘要 文章在简单梳理薪酬与薪酬满意度研究的基础上,利用调查问卷整理而来的数据进行佳木斯市汽修行业员工薪酬满意度的模糊综合评价。研究发现,该市汽修行业员工薪酬满意度与该市汽修行业及企业存在绩效考核制度不完善、薪酬存在静态化现象、薪酬确定程序不公正、基本工资定位不合理等问题息息相关。为提高该市汽修行业员工薪酬满意度水平,汽修行业应从多方面着手对薪酬体系进行优化再设计。
