摘要
以ANSYS为工具,针对河北省某电厂防风网抑尘工程装置中所采用的直立平行式与直立斜支撑两种类型的钢构架,建立了相应的三维有限元模型,进行了力学特性分析。对两种钢构架的位移、支座反力以及应力进行综合比较。结果表明:①两种钢构架均满足强度、刚度要求。②直立斜支撑型钢构架的性能优于直立平行式钢构架。此结果对优化防风网支撑钢构架的结构设计、节约工程投资成本与保证工程装置的安全运行具有重要意义。
Taking the vertical-parallel and vertical-oblique types steel bracing structure, which are applied in the porous fences engineering equipments of a power plant in Hebei Province as research object, three-dimensional finite element models were established using ANSYS software, and then the mechanical characteristics of the present two types steel bracing structure under wind loading have been analyzed respectively. According to the comparison results of supporting force, displacement and stress of vertical-oblique and vertical-parallel steel supporting structures, it can be concluded that: (1) both kinds of steel bracing structure can meet the requirements of intensity, rigidity; (2) the vertical-oblique steel bracing structure is more reasonable than the vertical-parallel. Meanwhile, the research results can provide helpful theoretical support to opti- mize the structure and reduce the investment cost of the porous fences engineering.
