VAI结晶器振动反向控制模型及参数的研究

摘要 介绍了某钢厂引进的VAI结晶器液压振动系统Dynaflex所采用的反向控制模型,对常规控制模型和反向控制模型的的特点进行了对比。对VAI提供的14组振动参数进行了分类,并结合结晶器振动技术对其确定过程运用图解法进行了解析,14组参数均解析成功,为连铸结晶器振动工艺的制定提供了理论基础。在拉速为0.6~1.8 m/min范围内,对不同拉速下的正滑动时间、负滑动时间等进行了计算。计算表明,在整个拉速范围内,负滑动时间近似为常数,正滑动时间随着拉速的增大而增大,既可使得铸坯表面振痕均匀,又可满足保护渣消耗的要求。 This paper introduces the inverse control model of the mold hydraulic oscillation system Dynaflex of VAI at a certain steel factory, and compares the characteristics of the normal control model and inverse control model. Fourteen oscillation parameters of VAI are classified. Combined with the technology of the mold oscilla- tion, the confirming processes of the oscillation parameters are analyzed with graphical method successfully, which provides a theoretical basis for the process design of CC mold oscillation. In the range of 0. 6 - 1.8m/ min, the positive strip time, the negative strip time and other parameters are calculated when the casting speed changes. The calculation result shows that the negative strip time is nearly constant, and the positive strip time increases with the increase of casting speed, which not only makes the oscillation marks of slab uniform, but also meets the requirement of the consumption of the mold powder.
