摘要 针对NPK300型液压泥炮(以下简称泥炮)在工作时打泥倾角不准、炮嘴运动轨迹直线段不明显、工作时压炮力不足等缺陷,将该泥炮简化成平面杆系,并分成一个四杆调整机构和一个六杆回转机构,对其进行运动和受力特性分析。通过优化打泥倾角、炮嘴轨迹和压炮力等参数提高设备性能,对泥炮的设计和高炉现场改进具有积极意义。 For the disadvantages of the NPK300 hydraulic mud gun, such as the not precise hold angle, the not obvious linear track of the nozzle and the not enough hold force, the mud gun mechanism is simplified into a planar linkage system and it is divided into a 4-bar adjust mechanism and a 6-bar turning mechanism. The movement and force characteristics are analyzed. By optimizing the hold angle, the track of nozzle and the hold force, the capability of the mud gun is improved. It can greatly benefit designing of the mud gun and improving of the blast furnace.
