摘要
针对高速轧机开发过程中遇到的惯性力平衡问题,对比传统普通轧机的传动结构和惯性力计算方法,以LG-10-GHLL高速轧机为例,使用曲轴扇形块水平平衡系统和动力学仿真计算工具,计算得到最终的平衡配重和惯性力曲线。
In order to deal with the inertial force of high speed cold pilger mill, crankshaft level balance system and dynamics simulation software were used instead of the normal cold pilger mill drive mechanism and the iner- tial force computational method. Taking LG-10-GHLL high speed cold pilger mill as example, the optimized counterweight and the inertial force were carried out.
