Web3.0是互联网的一个新兴概念,是人性化服务与智能化服务的结合。阐述了Web3.0的内涵及特征,分析了目前数字图书馆服务存在的问题,提出了基于Web3.0的数字图书馆信息服务模式。

Web3.0 is an emerging concept of the internet, which is the combination of humanistic service and intelligent service. This paper elaborates the concept and characteristic of Web3.0, analyses the service problem of digital library, and puts forward the information service mode of digital library based on web3.0.
