基于TI2812的多通道数据采集系统及CAN总线通信

摘要 为了对电池管理系统的参数进行实时监测,文章在大量数据采集模拟实验的基础上,设计了基于数据信号处理器TMS320F2812为核心的多通道数据采集系统,可对混合动力汽车动力电池组各项参数同时进行采集,并应用CAN总线实现了采集模块与处理模块的通信,最后通过串口与LabVIEW接口通信,实现数据的读取,试验表明,此系统能准确地采集各个电压信号,工作迅速可靠,为电池管理系统的构建奠定了基础。 In order to conduct a real-time monitoring for the parameters of the battery management system,in this paper, based on a large number of data acquisition simulation experiments, a muhi-channel data acquisition system is designed aud its hardcore is TMS320F2812. This system can collect the parameters of the HEV power battery package and by taking advantage of CAN bus, it also can realize a reliable communication between the data acquisition module and the data prncessing module. Finally by means of the communication between serial port and LabVIEW interface, the aequired data can be read. h is proved by experiments that this system works rapidly and credibility and it provided the basis for the battery management system.
