Abstract： Briefly introduces the production technology of precast concrete paving units, and describes, in detail, quality control measures in each process. And based on production practice, the choice for raw materials, concrete mix proportion, forming process, process control of the three process parameters for articulation are introduced, Maintenance of the product system, the product storage system, and the product inspection system are briefly described. Finally, the paper introduces the common causes of quality problems in precast concrete paving units.
