The Basic Stand of Deepening the Reform of Judicial System in China

十多年来,中国司法体制改革不断取得新进展,但是依然存在一些亟待解决的问题。立足中国国情的空间和时间维度,坚持权力制约与权利保障的基本方向,把握司法体制改革的宏观与微观目标,着力司法体制改革的主观与客观努力,应当是深化中国司法体制改革必须坚守的基本立场。

The reform of judicial system in China has been in a continuous development for more than a decade. However, there are still some urgent problems to be solved. The basic stand of deepening the reform of judicial system in China should be based on both time and space dimensions of the national conditions in China, upholding the basic direction of restricting power and protecting rights, setting both macroscopic and microscopic goal of the reform, and focusing on efforts from both subjective and objective aspects.
