分析影响钢铁料耗的因素,制定控制钢铁料耗的措施:摸索不同废钢的回收率,优化铁水的脱硫扒渣工序,优化转炉冶炼,提高钢水回收率,完善留渣操作。
The factors to influence the specific iron and steel consumption were analyzed and the countermeasures to control the specific iron and steel consumption were established： the recovery ratios of different kinds of scraps were researched to optimize the desulphurization and skimming procedure of molten iron, improve the recovery ratio of molten steel and perfect the remaining slag operation.
