摘要
分析柳钢人力资源管理现状,介绍人才管理、职业化员工建设、人力资源管理现状,认为:把企业效益最大化与员工成长成才所需要的公平竞争环境和平台有机结合起来,不断创新和完善企业的人力资源管理机制,是柳钢实现战略发展目标的关键。
The current situation of human resource management in Liuzhou Steel was analyzed, and the present status of talents management, professional employees construction and human resource manage-ment were introduced, hence, it is concluded that: the key to achieve the strategic objective of development for Liuzhou Steel is to combine the enterprise benefits maximization with the fair competitive environment and platform needed by employees' development as well as innovate and perfect the enterprise human re- source management mechanism.
