摘要 本文就超高厚墙大体积普通防辐射混凝土的施工技术——模板工程、钢筋工程、混凝土工程进行了论述,重点考虑了施工方案选择、施工缝位置、模板系统设计、"内操作法"混凝土浇灌工艺、防止"冷缝"、提高密实度、内外温差控制、厚墙钢筋的布置、加强养护和延长拆模时间等技术问题。采用在墙角处设置45°斜拉杆、高墙上留置"送棒口"、"内降外保法"控制温差等技术措施。"内操作法"施工有效地保证了超高厚墙大体积普通防辐射混凝土的施工质量。 The paper discusses construction technology of ordinary anti-radiation mass concrete of super high and thick wall, including formwork engineering, reinforcement engineering and concrete engineering. It mainly focuses on the problems that are construction scheme selection, construction joint position, formwork system design, concrete pouring process with "inner operating method" , "cold joint" prevention, compactness increase, temperature dif- ference control, reinforcement arrangement of thick wall, strengthening maintenance and form removal time exten- sion. In addition, some technical measures are taken such as setting up 45 tensional diagonal at corners, reserving "deliver stick opening" in high wall and "reducing the inner and keeping the external temperature" . The con-struction quality of ordinary anti-radiation mass concrete of super high and thick wall is ensured by "inner operat-ing method"
