铁皮石斛是我国传统的名贵中药,具有很高的药用价值,为了解决铁皮石斛组织培养中存在的组培苗生产成本高、生长缓慢、生根率低下、移栽苗成活率低等问题,通过从不同培养基、激素配比以及营养因子组合影响铁皮石斛组培苗干重、鲜重、长势、石斛多糖积累、组培苗光和速率、叶绿素含量的因素等方面综述了关于铁皮石斛组培苗壮苗生根的研究概况,可以为提高其组培种苗的商业化生产效率提供技术参考.

Dendrobium Candidum Kmiuraet Migo is Chinese traditional precious medicine with high medicinal value.Increasing studies on related factors affecting tissue culture are conducted to solve the existence tissue culture problems of high cost plantlets,slow growth,the low rooting rate,and low survival rate of transplanted seedlings.How the different media,hormone combinations,and the combination of nutritional factors affecting the plantlets＇ dry weight,fresh weight,growing,accumulation of Polysaccharides,Photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content are researched to offer technical reference to improving the efficiency of commercial production of tissue culture.
