节食和运动对减肥效果影响的数学模型 被引量:2

Mathematical Model for Influence of Being on Diet and Exercises on Weight Loss

摘要 通过对节食和运动对人体能量消耗关系的数学模型研究,并进行定性分析和数值模拟,认为减肥效果可以由节食因素控制,也可以通过运动消耗脂肪.适当的节食和科学的运动相结合是最为安全、最为有效的减肥方式,才能产生理想的减肥效果;合理的饮食控制和运动消耗的适度,以及两者间相互的协调配合对减肥效果最有效. Effective ways of weight loss are discussed separately.Qualitative research and numerical simulation indicate that the effect of weight loss can be achieved through being on diet and the consumption of the fat by doing exercises.Combination of proper diet and exercise is the most effective and securest method for weight loss.Proper food controlling and fat consumption are of great effect for weight loss.
