摘要
从专家知识地图构建的准备、研发、宣传和维护更新等四个方面探讨了图书馆专家知识地图构建的方法,并从实践角度分析了如何运用专家知识地图来进行参考咨询服务,以实现专家显性和隐性知识向读者显性和隐性知识的有效转化,同时提升图书馆知识服务的能力与效率.
The construction methods of the expert knowledge map in the library have been studied from four aspects of preparation,development,propagation and maintenance,and the use of the expert knowledge map in a reference and advisory service aiming to transform the explicit or implicit knowledge of the experts into one of the readers are also analyzed to improve the capacity and efficiency of the knowledge service of the library.
