摘要
职业倦怠是那些任职于需要连续的、紧张的与他人互动的行业中的人们在经历长期连续压力下的一种行为反应.金融业女性窗口员工由于其职业、性别特点决定了其职业倦怠的特殊性,因此对她们职业倦怠的研究有助于提升她们的职业认同和自我效能感,促进心理健康.
Profession burnout is a behavioral response which works in the continuous,nervous interact with others' experience by long-term continuous pressure.The female financial employees' specialty of profession burnout in the financial fields is decided by their special career,gender characteristics.The research on their job burnout can raise their professional identity and self-efficacy and promote their mental health.
