神经生长因子对儿童孤独症患儿脑干听觉诱发电位影响的初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察注射用鼠神经生长因子结合神经康复治疗对儿童孤独症患儿脑干听觉诱发电位的影响。方法选择20例儿童孤独症患儿,给予注射用鼠神经生长因子和神经康复治疗4个疗程,于治疗前后使用脑干听觉诱发电位进行脑电生理和听阈测定,比较治疗前后变化情况。结果治疗后患儿的病情有明显好转;治疗后脑干听觉诱发电位的正常例数增加,异常表现例次数减少;治疗后脑干听觉诱发电位各波的潜伏期和峰间期有不同程度的缩短;治疗前双耳听阈都有增高,治疗后听阈值明显下降。结论儿童孤独症患儿存在脑干听觉诱发电位的异常,经注射用鼠神经生长因子和神经康复治疗后有明显改善。脑干听觉诱发电位可为注射用鼠神经生长因子和神经康复治疗的疗效研究提供帮助。 Objective To observe the influence of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Injection combined with the neurological rehabilitation therapy on the brainstem auditory evoked potentials in childhood autism. Methods 20 patients with children autism were selected and given Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Injection combined with the neurological rehabilitation therapy for 4 courses of treatment. The brain electrophysiology and the auditory threshold were determined by the brainstem auditory evoked potentials. After treatment, the brain elec-trophysiology and the auditory threshold were determined again. The changes were compared before and after treatment. Results The ill-ness condition after treatment was obviously improved; the latency period interpeak latency of various waves after treatment were short-ened to dlfferent degrees; the pre- treatment auditory threshold of both ears were all increased and the auditory threshold value was significantly declined after treatment. Conclusion The abnormality of brainstem auditory evoked potentials exists in childood audism, which is significantly improved after therapy with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Injection combined with the neurological rehabilitation therapy. The brainstem auditory evoked potentials can provide help for the efficacy research of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Injection combined with the neurological rehabilitation therapy.
