摘要
目的解决自制青霉素V钾片中有关物质不稳定的问题。方法通过正交试验所确定的优化处方与对照样品进行溶出曲线比对,通过加速试验,考察处方中有关物质、含量的变化情况。结果自制处方溶出行为及稳定性与对照样品基本一致。结论新研究出的自制处方科学实用,稳定性良好。
Objective To solve the problem of related substances instability in Penicillin V Potassium Tablets. Methods The comparison of the dissolution curves between the optimized prescription by the orthogonal experiment and the control sample was performed, and then the changes of related substances and penicillin V potassium contents were investigated through accelerated test. Results The dis-solving behavior and the stability of selfmade prescription was similar to the control sample. Conclusion Conducting the optimized design on the selfmade prescription by the orthogonal experiment, the studied new prescription is scientific and practical with good stability.
