评《汉语拼音正词法基本规则》新国标

Comment on the Basic Rules of Chinese Phonetic Alphabet Orthography

新版《汉语拼音正词法基本规则》(GB/T16159-2012)在格式、内容上做了一些有益的修改完善工作,值得肯定。但仍用以往语法理论以语法词、词汇词为分词标准制定"分词连写"规则,没有解决好汉语拼音正词法中的"词"的问题。本文提出把依据"连说就连写"的原则确定的"语音形式词"作为正词法中的"词"。

The revised and improved works of format for ＂the basic rules of Chinese phonetic alphabet orthog raphy＂（ GB/T6159 2012） were supported. But the word segmentation rules which were formulated by a dis tinguished standard of grammatical or lexieal with conventional grammar theory were negative. The reason was that the rules couldn＇ t solve the ＂word＂ problem of Chinese phonetic alphabet orthography perfectly, and it was a vital defect of the new national standard. This research demonstrated ＂word of phonetic form＂ as the the ory of ＂word＂ in the orthography.
