赤霉素处理长白山牛皮杜鹃种子发芽试验

Experimental Study on Seed Germination of Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall Treated with GA_3 in Changbai Mountain

采用不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)浸种24 h对牛皮杜鹃种子进行预处理,以清水浸种24 h为对照,分析预处理后牛皮杜鹃种子的萌发状况.结果表明:在温度为23℃/15℃、光照为12 h/12 h条件下,3×10-4GA3浸种24 h效果最好,起始萌发时间为10 d,发芽率86.33%,发芽势77.0%,发芽指数41.70%.通过GA3处理,牛皮杜鹃种子可显著提高萌发率.

Seeds of Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall were pretreated by soaking for 24 h with GA3 at different concentiation gradients. And taking seeds with water soaking for 24 h as the control, seed germination status were analyzed. The results showed that GA3 seed soaking treatment could significantly increase the germination rate of Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall. Seeds soaked with 3×10^-4 GA3 for 24 h when the thermometer was at 23 ℃/15 ℃ and light conditions was at 12 h/12 h, the starting germination time was 10 d, the seed germination rate was 86. 33% ,the germination was 77.0% ,the germination index was 41.70%.
