基于形态学算子的图像分割及插值方法在颈动脉MR图像三维重建中的应用

摘要 颈动脉狭窄是导致脑卒中的最主要病因,颈动脉三维重建图像能直观显示其狭窄程度.采用形态学运算,二值化分割颈动脉MR图像,提出颈动脉图像层间插值算法,实现不同临床样本间的数据配准,将T1、T2加权图像中颈动脉血管壁从周围组织中清晰分离出来,利用Mimics重建颈动脉血管的三维结构. Carotid stenosis was the leading causes of stroke. The three-dimensional reconstruction image of carotid artery could directly display the condition of stenosis. Morphological operation was used to do binarization segmentation for MR image of carotid artery. And the algorithm of interpolation between the layers was proposed to achieve data registration of different clinical samples. Finally carotid vascular wails of T1 and T2 weighted images were clearly separated from its surrounding tissues, and three-dimensional structure of carotid artery was reconstructed by Mimics software.
