The 4th International Festival of Intangible Cultural Heritage Chengdu, China （hereinafter referred to as＂Chengdu IFICH＂） celebrated a grand opening in Chengdu, China on June 15, 2013. The festival was jointly hosted by the Ministry of Culture of PRC, Sichuan Provincial People＇s Government, UNESCO and Chinese National Commission for UNESCO. It was jointly organized by Chengdu Municipal People＇s Government, China ICH Protection Center, Cultural Department of Sichuan Province, and International Training Center for ICH in Asia and Pacific Regions. Its presenters were the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Cultural Affairs, the People＇s Government of Qingyang District, Chengdu and the International ICH Exposition.
