摘要
课程文化创生是一个多元复杂的文化交锋过程,需要通过打破原有形态建构新的文化平衡,教师课程文化创生不是"改造""、重塑",而是"融合"。教师课程文化创生的现实困境有教师的文化性格、学校其他文化的限定、倡导与实践理论的差距等。建设高包容力的学校组织文化,转变教师生活方式,采取积极的激励政策让教育难题形成文化转变节点,帮助教师形成新的课程图式是教师课程文化创生的实践策略。
Curriculum culture creation is a complex process of cultural exchange, it need to break the original culture to construct new culture balance. Teachers' curriculum culture creation is not "reform.", "remodeling", but "fusion". The realistic predicament of teachers' curriculum culture creation is the culture character of teacher, the other cultural limited, the gap between the advocates and the practice theory, etc. The practice strategy of teachers' curriculum culture creation is the construction of high capacity school organizational culture, the transformation of teachers' way of life, adopting a posi- tive incentive policy for education formation of cultural transformation node and helping teachers to form new curriculum schema.
