摘要 专业学位研究生的培养与学术学位研究生的培养有较大的区别,工程领域的专业学位研究生培养体现"工学结合"的特征。双导师制是一种有效的机制。实践证明:在双导师制实施过程中,遵从社会需求的学校本位制的培养目标制定,培养单位与导师间共商的课程设置,学科特色与联合单位强关联特征的培养条件筛选,学生绩效的导师管理和独立考评等几个方面尤为重要。 The training of professional degree postgraduate is quite different from academic degree ones. The postgradu- ate with professional degree in engineering area reflects the characteristic of the combining learning with working. Dou- ble-tutor cultivating pattern is an effective mechanism. Practice shows that there are several important parts during the pro- cess of double-tutor training mechanism. Such as the establishment of school training goals according to the social de- mands; curriculum establishment discussed by training department and the tutors; screening of cultivating condition based on the subject characteristics and the Combined departments; tutor management and independent evaluation based on the performance of students, etc.
