自然科学领域创造性人格结构模型的建立

Creative Personality Structure Model on Natural Science

采用中文创造性人格特质形容词表,对自然科学领域高创造性人才进行问卷调查,建立了由神经质、勤勉坚毅、真诚友善、淡泊沉稳、激情敏感、逻辑性、孩子气等7个因素组成的自然科学领域创造性人格结构模型。对该模型进行的相关心理测量学指标检验表明,该模型性能良好。

Employing Chinese adjective list on creative personality, we do questionnaire survey to high creative talents in the area of natural science. At the same time, we establish creative personality structure model on natural science. It is made up of seven factors which are nervousness, industry and resolute, sincere and friendly, indifferent to fame and wealth, passion and sensitive, logicality and childishness. The psychological surveying index of this model indicates a good performance.
