摘要
通过对云南某挡土墙后填土工程研究,认为该工程是由于雨水渗入造成填土湿陷、地面下沉,引起附近铁路路基下沉,严重影响铁路的正常使用.该填土的成分为粉质粘土和泥质粉砂岩岩块,颗粒大小相差较大,分层填夯,为了减小填土沉陷,保证铁路正常运行,决定采用注浆加固.注浆材料采用纯水泥浆、红粘土水泥浆、水泥砂浆,施工按照材料特性不同采用间隔跳注方式,先低压后高压进行.注浆后检测效果良好.该施工方案对混合填土注浆工程有一定的借鉴意义.
Grouting technology is widely applied in civil engineering. The filing soil of retaining walt is re- searched in YUNNAN province. The investigation results are showed that the main question of the project is the ground subsidence due to the filling soil collapse after the rainwater infiltration and caused near railway roadbed sinking. The filling ingredients include silty clay, rock grain of siltstone. The filling particles size is difference, and compacted layered. In order to reduce the filled soil subsidence, the grouting reinforcement is a- dopted. The grouting material includes pure water mud, red clay cement slurry and cement mortar. The proce- dure of grouting is interval injection according to the different material properties and the manner is low pres- sure first, high-pressure subsequently. The grouting test shows the effect is satisfied. Construction plan has certain significance for mixed filling grouting project.
