摘要
新一代国内气象通信系统,替代了9210气象通信系统,气象通信系统的调整满足了日益增长的实时气象通信业务的需要,实现了传统电报格式资料、数据文件格式资料和部分气象加工产品等传输任务。解决了气象数据传输时效要求高、传输信息量庞大、传输环节多、不规范、监控不全面的现状。通过对气象通信系统调整后信息传输流程的梳理和优化,进行了归纳、整理。一个科学、合理的传输流程,对信息的传输起到重要的作用。本研究对网络业务人员及时排除故障解决问题,保证各类气象信息的及时传输,对提高信息的传输时效和传输质量有所帮助。
A new generation of local meteorological communication system took the place of the 9210 meteorological communication system, and the meteorological telecommunication system adjustment could meet the needs of real-time meteorological telecommunication business growing, realizing the transmission task of traditional telegram format data, data file format data and some meteorological processing products. The problems, such as the meteorological data transmission timeliness requirements, high and large information transmission amount, more links, not standardized, lack of a comprehensive monitoring, were solved. The process of information transmission after the analysis and optimization of meteorological communication system adjustment were summarized. A scientific, reasonable transmission process played an important role in information transmission, which could facilitate the network service personnel timely resolving problems, ensure the timely transmission of various meteorological information, improve the transmission efficiency and transmission quality information.
