摘要
网络的高速发展使高校图书信息服务发生了一系列巨大的变化,高校图书信息服务必须确立"以服务质量求发展"的工作理念,探讨现代网络条件下图书信息服务实施全面质量管理的方法与策略,力求寻找新的突破。
The rapid development of the network has brought great changes of library information service in university, and therefore, the information service of university must establish the philosophy of ＂development by services quality＂. The strategies and methods of total quality management implementation of library information service under the network condition were discussed in order to find a new breakthrough.
