摘要
目的观察探讨急性脑血管病并发脑心综合征的临床特征、诊断方法与防治措施,总结其临床诊治经验和临床意义。方法选取我院2010年6月至2012年6月急性脑血管病并发脑心综合征的患者76例,对其临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析,设为观察组;再选取同期我院急性脑血管病无并发脑心综合征的患者70例,设为对照组。给予对症治疗后,对比两组的临床效果。结果①诊断:两组心电图与心肌酶谱检查结果对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗:观察组治疗后存活49例(64.5%),死亡27例(35.5%),对照组治疗后存活65例(92.9%),死亡5例(7.1%),两组治疗后的存活率与死亡率对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑血管病并发脑心综合征的患者往往会出现明显的心电图与心肌酶谱的改变,作为其诊断与鉴别诊断的重要参考依据,且预后多不良,积极尽早地采取相关保护心脏的干预措施是改善此类患者预后的关键。
Objective To observe and summerize the clinical characteristics, diagnostic methods and prevention measures of acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome. Methods 76 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected as the observation group. And 70 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease without complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. After receiving symptomatic treatment, the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results ①There was statistical significant difference between two groups for the examination results of electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme (P〈0.05).② After treatment, there were 49 survival cases (64.5%) and 27 dead cases (35.5%) in the observation group; and 65 survival cases (92.9%) and 5 dead cases (7.1%) in the control group; the differences of survival rate and death rate after treatment between two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The patients with acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome have apparent change of electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme which are important basis for differential diagnosis. And its prognosis is much more undesirable. Actively taking relevant measures of protecting heart is the key to improve patients' prognosis.
