摘要
我国高校物业管理存在诸多缺陷,如学生难以行使监督权和知情权、高校缺乏专业的物管制度等。据此,有关部门应采取制定相关法律法规、设立问题受理机制、建立服务企业准入制度、制定管理规则等措施,更好地规范高校的物业管理活动,充分保护高校和学生的切身利益。
Property management in China's colleges and universities has many defects, such as students being hard to exercise their supervision fights and rights to know things, the lack ofprofessionalmanagement system,etc. Accordingly, relevant departments should take measures to formulate relevant laws and regulations, set up question accepted mechanism, establish the service enterprise access system, formulate management rules, so that they can better regulate the realty management activities, fully protect the vital interests of the students in colleges and universities.
