105例老年人髋部骨折围术期护理措施分析

Perioperative nursing in 150 case of elderly patients with hip fracture

目的探讨老年人髋部骨折围术期护理要点。方法重庆市急救医疗中心骨科2009年2月至2011年10月,手术治疗老年髋部骨折105例,根据患者的具体情况,制定恰当有效的围术期护理方案,预防并发症及指导患者正确进行功能锻炼。结果 105例患者住院期间均无泌尿道和呼吸道感染、皮肤压疮及深静脉血栓形成等并发症发生。随防12～18个月,患肢功能恢复满意。结论老年人髋骨骨折围术期护理是保证患者安全平稳度过手术,顺利恢复健康非常重要的环节,因此应加强对患者围术期的护理,重点做好心理护理、术前评估、健康指导、并存疾病的处理及营养支持,加强病情观察,保持患者正确体位,指导正确功能锻炼,有效预防并发症,促进骨折愈合和功能恢复,从而达到提高患者生活质量的最终目的。

Objective To explore the perioperative care points in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods 105 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture accepted the surgical treatment in Department of Orthopedics,Chongqing Emergency Medical Center from february 2009 to October 2011,were selected.Appropriate and effective perioperative nursing for prevention of postoperative complications and advising of functional excercise were established according to the respective conditions of patients.Results None of the 105 patients had postoperative complications such as infection of urinary system,respiratory system,decubitus or venous thrombosis.Function recovery of fractured limb was satisfactory after followed up for 12 to 18 months among all the patients.Conclusion Perioperative nursing could be a key link to ensure patient safety,smooth through surgery successfully recover for elderly patients with hip fracture.Psychological care,preoperative evaluation,health guidance,comorbidities,treatment and nutritional support,strengthening the observation,keeping the patient correct posture,correct guidance of functional training,effective prevention of complications and promoting healing and functional recovery should be done to improve the quality of life in patients.
