血必净注射液对160例全身炎症反应综合征的临床研究

The Clinical Research on Effects of XueBi Jing Injection on 160 Patients with Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome

目的评估血必净注射液治疗全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的疗效。方法 160例患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组80例,对照组接受抗感染等治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上静脉滴注血必净100mL,每隔12h应用1次,连用5d。动态监测患者降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及MODS的发生率、病死率。结果治疗组PCT以及CRP情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01),转为MODS者及病死率均较对照组减少(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液能调控机体炎症反应过程,从而阻断SIRS向MODS的发展。

Objective To investigating the curate effect of XueBi Jing injection treating systemic inflammatory response syndrome（SIRS）.Methods 160 patients were randomly divided into routine treatment group（n=80） and XueBi Jing treatment group（n=80）.Both groups were given routine treatment for example antibiotic therapy,the XueBi Jing treatment group were given XueBi Jing injection for 5 days in addition.Procalcitonin（PCT） and serum C reactive protein（CRP） were observed dynamically.The incidence of MORS and mortality were also compared.Results T,RR,HR,WBC and CRP were reduced significantly in XueBi Jing treatment group than routine treatment group（P0.01）.The incidence of MODS and mortality was lower in XueBi Jing treatment group than other group（P0.05）.Conclusion XueBi Jing injection can inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines,it can effectively prevent SIRS from proceeding to MODS.
