健脾为基础中药方对人胃癌MKN-45裸小鼠皮下移植瘤生长及瘤组织内P-Stat3蛋白表达的影响

Effects of a Jianpi Herbal Formula on the Growth and the Expression of P-Stat3 Protein of Subcutaneous Tumor Transplanted to nude mice with Human Gastric Carcinoma MKN-45

目的研究健脾为基础中药方对人胃癌MKN-45裸小鼠皮下移植瘤生长及瘤组织内P-Stat3蛋白表达的影响。方法将裸小鼠皮下移植瘤模型随机分为中药组及生理盐水组,比较第31天2组实验鼠皮下移植瘤生长及瘤组织内P-Stat3的蛋白表达情况。结果中药组的抑瘤率为23.68%,P-Stat3蛋白表达相对定量值为(0.33±0.52),与生理盐水组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健脾为基础的中药方可抑制人胃癌细胞MKN-45裸小鼠皮下移植瘤的生长,并能抑制P-Stat3的蛋白表达。

Objective To investigate the effects of a Jianpi herbal formula on the growth and the expression of P-Stat3 protein of subcutaneous tumor transplanted to nude mice with human gastric carcinoma MKN-45（HGC MKN-45）.Methods The nude mice with Subcutaneous transplantation tumor were randomly assigned into Chinese medicine group and physical saline group,compare the growth and the protein expression of P-Stat3 within the tumor of the two groups after thirty-first days.Results The anti-tumor rate of the Chinese medicine group was 23.68%,and the P-Stat3 protein expression was（0.33±0.52）,compared with the normal saline group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion The Jianpi herbal formula can suppress the growth of subcutaneous tumor transplanted to nude mice with HGC MKN-45 and the protein expression of P-Stat3.
