摘要
目的探讨在产科DIC抢救中成分输血的价值。方法对2011年1月—2012年5月收治的12例产科DIC患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 12例患者补充1750mL新鲜冰冻血浆,196U血小板,170U悬浮红细胞后,出血症状得到改善及控制,生产12例,无一例产妇死亡,围产儿出现1例死亡,死亡率为8.3%。结论对产科DIC患者及时补充体液及血液,可提高抢救成功率。
Objective To summarize the rescue component of blood transfusion in the value of DIC.Methods The clinical data of 12 cases of DIC patients admitted from January 2011 to May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 12 patients were added 1750ml of fresh frozen plasma,196U platelet 170U suspended red blood cells,bleeding symptoms improved and control production of the 12 cases,no cases of maternal death in perinatal deaths,the mortality rate was 8.3%.Conclusion The obstetric DIC patients replenish body fluids and blood,can improve the success rate.
