亚低温护理对重症颅脑外伤患者神经功能损伤及血流动力学影响研究

Impact of Mild Hypothermia care on Nerve Function Damage and Hemodynamic of Patients with severe Traumatic Brain Injury

目的探讨亚低温护理对重症颅脑外伤患者神经功能损伤及血流动力学影响。方法选择该院2010年8月—2012年4月收治的重症颅脑损伤患者60例,随机分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规综合护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予亚低温护理,护理2周后,观察两组神经功能损伤情况及血流动力学改善情况。结果护理后研究组神经功能缺损评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;护理后研究组血流动力学明显改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论亚低温护理可以促进重症颅脑外伤患者神经功能损伤恢复,降低血液粘度,改善血流动力学,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the impact of mild hypothermia care on nerve function damage and hemodynamic of patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 60 cases of severe head injury patients in our hospital in August 2010-2012 in April were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,30 patients in the control group were given conventional care,study group was given mild hypothermia care on basis of control group.After two weeks care,nerve function and blood flow dynamics of two groups were observed.Results neurological deficit scores of study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant;mild hypothermia care significantly improved hemodynamic of study group,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Mild hypothermia care can promote recovery of severe traumatic brain injury patients with neurological damage,reduce blood viscosity,improve hemodynamics,worthy of application.
