股骨近端髓内钉内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效观察

Efficacy of Treatment of Elderly Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture Fixation in the Proximal Femoral nail

目的探讨闭合复位股骨近端髓内钉（PFN）内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析45例股骨粗隆间骨折的老年患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用PFN内固定术进行治疗,并采用Harris髋关节功能评分标准进行临床疗效评价。结果 45例患者手术时间为（40.7±10.2）min,术中出血（125.6±25.7）mL;45例患者均获得5~12个月的随访,均达到骨性愈合。按照Harris髋关节功能评分标准：优30例,良11例,可3例,差1例,优良率为91.1%。结论 PFN内固定术具有创伤小、手术并发症少、操作相对简单等优点,是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的较好方法。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the PFN closed reduction internal fixation of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 45 cases of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients,all patients were treated with PFN internal fixation for treatment,and clinical efficacy evaluation using the Harris hip score.Results The surgery time of 45 patients was（40.7±10.2） min,blood loss was（125.6±25.7）mL,45 patients were followed up with 512 months,and all cases obtained bone union.According to the Harris hip score,the excellent rate was 91.1%.Conclusion PFN internal fixation has the advantages of less invasive and surgical complications,simpler operation.It is a good method for the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
