摘要 脑微出血反映了脑小血管病的病理变化,具有空间分布及时间演变特点,同时对临床抗凝、溶栓、抗血小板治疗具有一定的影响。磁敏感加权成像能够提高脑微出血的检出率,有助于脑微出血的诊断及鉴别诊断。综述脑微出血的病理、空间与时间特性及临床价值。 Cerebral microbleeds reflect the pathological changes of cerebral small vessel diseases. It has characterized spatial distribution and evolution. The occurrence of microbleeds impacts on clinical treatment. Susceptibility weighted imaging can improve the detection of cerebral microbleeds which could help for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. We reviewed the pathology, characteristics of spatial and evolution of cerebral microbleeds and its impact on clinical therapy.
