摘要
通过对冷弯型钢和焊管轧辊的虚拟制造方法进行分析,构建了以人工智能技术为基础的轧辊虚拟制造系统。该轧辊虚拟系统主要包括3大模块:数据采集模块、三维虚拟模块以及专家系统模块,能够根据设计参数对轧辊进行三维虚拟,并根据轧辊的虚拟效果,进行人工智能评估和提出智能化修改策略,从而实现冷弯型钢和焊管轧制模具的虚拟制造。对在制造过程实现信息化的基础上,如何实现人工智能对先进制造的指导提供一定帮助。
In this article, it analyzed roller virtual manufacturing method for cold bending sectional steel and welded pipe, and built roller virtual manufacturing system based on artificial intelligence technology. This system includes 3 modules: data acquisition module, three-dimensional virtual module and expert system module. The above system can conduct three-dimensional simulation according to design parameters for roller, and then carry out artificial intelligence assessment and put forward intelligentized amendment strategy on the basis of roller virtual effect, thereby it realizes virtual manufacturing for cold bending and welded pipe rolling mould.
