第十六届上海国际纺织工业展览会针织印染后整理机械述评

Review of Finishing Equipments of Dyeing and Printing for Knitted Fabrics in 16^(th) International Exhibition on Textile Industry

文中对第十六届上海国际纺织工业展览会上的针织印染后整理机械进行了述评,从设备的外观结构、主要特征和技术参数入手,分析了几大主要制造商的针织物烘干机、针织物预缩机、针织物定形机以及针织物磨毛、起毛、烫光机等。指出针织物后整理设备发展较快,国内制造商技术水平不断提高。同时结合展会情况,给出了建议:烘干机在设计时应对烘房每段的风量和温度加以控制;定形机制造商应将在线监测和废气净化装置转为必备功能以满足节能减排的要求;针织物预缩非常重要,具有一定市场前景,国内设备制造商应加大针织物预缩机的研发与投入。

In this article, the finishing machines of knitted fabrics including dyeing and printing exhibited in the 16th international exhibition on textile industry are reviewed. Knitted fabrics drying machines, knitted fabrics pre-shrinking machines, knitted fabrics setting machines, knitted fabrics sanding machines, knitted fabrics raising machines and knitted fabrics polishing machines produced by several major manufacturers are analyzed in term of machine structures, main features and their technical parameters. It points out that the finishing machines of knitted fabrics dyeing and printing have a rapid development, with the technological level of domestic manufacturers im- proving continually. Meanwhile, some suggestions are given based on the situations of this exhibition, i.e., air quan- tity and temperature of each drying room should be controlled when designing setting machines; on-line monitoring and waste gas purification apparatus should become essential functions on setting machines to achieve energy conser- vation and emission reduction; pre-shrinking for knitted fabrics become more and more important, and it has a bright market prospect, thus, domestic manufacturers should increase the investment and strengthen the research in this field.
