摘要 花型文件的传输是以ARM9处理器为核心的电脑横机控制系统的关键技术之一。数据处理系统一般通过USB接口取得花型准备系统生成的花型文件,采用合理的算法将花型文件处理成下位机能识别的控制数据,通过CAN总线发送给下位机。本文主要介绍该系统中的数据通讯模块,采用CAN总线通讯方式,使用SJA1000作为CAN通讯控制器,详细地阐述了其硬件模块设计方案以及基于EVC的软件设计。该系统的软硬件经过反复测试,能够准确、及时地接收和发送数据。 The pattern file transferring is one of the key technologies for the control system of computerized fiat knitting machine based on ARM 9 processor. The data processing system can get the pattern file generated from the pattern preparation system by USB, and through a reasonable algorithm, the pattern file will be processed to con- trol data, which can be recognized by lower level processor, then the data is sent to lower level processor by CAN bus. The paper introduces the data communication module of this system, and it points out that the way of commu- nication is CAN bus, and CAN bus communication controller is SJA1000. In addition, it analyzes in detail the hardware module design and software based on EVC. The system designed in this paper can send and receive data exactly and promptly through repeated testing.
