纳米银抗菌纤维在纺织行业中的应用

Application of Nanometer Silver Antibacterial Fiber in Textile Industry

从纳米银粒子的特点、研究现状及制备方法入手,最终开发出了利用物理气相沉积法制备纳米银技术,从而解决了普通纤维与金属之间附着力的技术难题。指出纳米银纤维具有生态抗菌,广谱高效,高度安全,效果持久,用量少、抗菌效果好,加工简单,使用方便等特点。最后阐述了抗菌纤维在针织、家纺、产业用、户外运动及部队装备等领域的应用,为纳米银抗菌纤维的应用推广提供参考。

In terms of the product characteristics,current research status and preparation method of nanometer silver particles,the paper develops a kind of new nanometer silver product through the physical vapor deposition preparation technique,solving the technical problem of adhesion on the interface between common fibre and metal.Besides,it points out that the nanometer silver fibre bears good antibacterial properties,broad-spectrum and higheffect and safety;and also has such properties as long-lasting effect,lower dosage,simple manufacture and ease of use and so on.Furthermore,the application fields of antibacterial fiber on knitting,home textiles,industrial textiles,outdoor sports and troops equipment are described,which can provide some references for application and promotion of nanometer silver antibacterial fiber.
