涤锦交织物的留白染色工艺

Sprinrkly Dyeing Process of Polyester/Polyamide Inter-knitted Fabrics

文中介绍了涤锦交织物的留白染色工艺,指出可选择弱酸性依利尼尔系列染料对涤锦交织物进行留白染浅色工艺,选择Lanaset系列染料对涤锦交织物进行留白染中深色工艺。结果表明,这两种染料对涤锦交织物中的锦纶染色后,织物色牢度优良,匀染性好,涤纶不沾色,留白效果好。

In this article, sprinkly dyeing process of polyester/polyamide inter-knitted fabrics is introduced. The results show that Erionyl series of weak acid dyes can be used for polyamide in polyester/polyamide inter-knitted fabrics dyeing light color, and Lanaset series of dyes can be used for polyamide in polyester/polyamide inter-knitted fabrics when dyeing middle or deep color. After these two kinds of dyes dyeing, color fastness of fabrics are excel- lent, the leveling property is good; meanwhile, there is no staining for polyester, and the effect of sprinkly dyeing is satisfied.
