Research into the Cultivation of Third-party Government Performance Evaluation Organization in Zhejiang Province

在介绍浙江省第三方政府绩效评价组织培育背景的基础上,分析了第三方政府绩效评价组织独立性、专业性和非营利性的基本特征,从组织目标、性质、特征和产生程序方面阐述了其内涵,提出了浙江省第三方政府绩效评价组织的培育思路:"以点带面式"的发展模式;"精英带动式"的发展模式;"甘肃发展模式"。

Based on the introduction of the background information, this paper makes an analysis of the characteristics and connotations of the third party government performance evaluation organization of Zhejiang province. Meanwhile, the author puts forward a thought to foster the third--party government performance evaluation organization of Zhejiang province： 1） the development mode of ＂using the experience of the selected unit to promote the overall work＂, 2） the development mode of ＂elite drive type＂ and 3） ＂Gansu mode＂, which aims to provide a channel for the social supervision of the government.
