嘉兴市无偿献血长效机制的构建

The Establishment of the Long-term Blood Donation Mechanism of Jiaxing City

通过对嘉兴市民众和采供血机构进行访谈、问卷等形式的调查,得知:目前嘉兴市无偿献血存在的问题主要包括缺乏相关政策支持、宣传不到位、献血队伍不稳定和非营利机构公信力下降等。提出了建立无偿献血长效机制的构想:加大政策支持力度,整合相关部门力量;加大宣传力度,提高公众的认知度;建立稳定的献血队伍,扩大献血应急队伍的范围;完善无偿献血相关法规,健全无偿献血各项制度;尊重每一位无偿献血者,改善献血服务;创新无偿献血模式,探索适度补偿机制。

A public questionnaire survey about blood donation meehamsm m jinxing . some problems： lack of relative policy support, inadequate propaganda, unstable blood donation team, and the falling of credibility on non-- profit organizations and etc. So the paper proposes the thoughts of building up the long--term blood donation mechanism： enhancing the supporting policies, integrating the power of relevant de- partments and units, strengthening propaganda, raising people^s awareness, building a stable blood donation team, enlarging the range of emergent blood donation team, improving related laws and regulations of blood donation, respecting every unpaid blood donors, improving the blood donation service, exploring appropriate compensation mechanism.
