基于能力培养目标的课程设置改革——以嘉兴学院会计学国家特色专业为例

Reformation of the Curriculum based on the Objective of Cultivating Students' Ability——A Case of the Accounting Specialty(National Characteristics) of Jiaxing University

会计学专业应该为地方经济发展培养具有各方面专业能力和社会能力的复合型人才。能力结构是以知识结构为基础,基于能力培养目标的课程设置应强调对人才的能力培养。针对嘉兴学院会计学专业课程设置存在的主要问题及会计学专业学生应具备的基本能力,设计了课程设置改革方案,并构建了衡量课程设置能否达到能力培养目标的评价指标。

Accounting specialty of Jiaxing University should cultivate the compound talents, adapting to local economical development. Knowledge structure is the basis of ability structure. Reformation of the curriculum based on the objective of cultivating students＇ ability lays stress on the ability training. This paper analyzes the existing problems about curriculum of accounting specialty of Jiaxing University, discusses fundamental qualities a student should possess. On this foundation, the author suggests some solutions to the reformation in course design and constructs evaluation indexes measuring whether the aim of ability cultivation can be achieved or not.
