“能力导向”的会计教学方法改革——基于嘉兴学院会计专业特色与优势建设

Reform of Capability-Oriented Accounting Teaching Methods——Based on the Characteristic of Accounting and Advantageous Construction of Jiaxing University

以嘉兴学院会计学专业为对象,从会计人员能力要素构成出发,针对课堂教学存在的问题,提出以"学生为中心、能力为导向、教学为根本"的教学理念,具体包括学习先进教学方法,培养学生思维与创新能力;以核心课程为对象进行教学,提升学生的专业能力;重视现代信息技术、网络资源的运用,培养学生的学习能力等。

This paper aims at the Accounting Major of Jiaxing University and focuses on the problems in the classroom teaching from the perspective of competency elements of accounting personnel. It puts forward that the teaching notion is student- centered, capability--oriented and teaching first. The advanced teaching methods which are carried on core subjects should be learned so as to cultivate the student＇s ability of thinking and innovation and promote students＇ specialty. Besides, the paper holds that the application of modern information technology and network resources should be emphasized, and the students＇ studying capability could be cultivated.
