摘要
生物质的特点是燃烧活性好,但灰分中碱金属盐含量高、灰熔点低,导致燃烧室结焦、对流受热面粘污严重,同时存在腐蚀。提出了垢下腐蚀机理,减少粘污是彻底抑制腐蚀的根本途径,进而提出了生物质锅炉中的应对措施,据此设计了100 MWe再热生物质循环流化床锅炉,并对其性能进行预测。
The reactivity of biomass is very excellence.However,when it is fired in the boiler the slagging in the combustor and fouling in the convective heating surface is serious due to the lower ash melting temperature point because the alkali metal salts content in ash is very high.At the same time,there is corrosion in the heating surface as well.It is suggested that the corrosion occurs in the interface between the deposit ash and the metal with high temperature, thus it can be avoided if the heating surface is clean or the temperature is lower.With this understanding,a 100 MWe of biomass reheat circulating fluidized bed boiler is designed. And its performance is predicted.
